More on the Caddis Hatch...

More incredible fishing on the Rio Grande!  The river remains low and clear and fish are still going nuts.  Yesterday may have been some of the best fishing I have ever seen on the Rio (or any river for that matter).    Caddis have been hatching all day long and BWO’s are still coming off mid-day.  Fishing has been best in the remote sections of the canyon but even the accessible stretches near John Dunn and Pilar have been great.  Unlike most years, some of the best fishing has been during the middle of the day and I have been disappointed in the “magic hour” several times this week.   Here is a few clips from yesterday’s guide trip…
