Rain drops keep falling on our heads...

Well if you thought the West was still on fire... you are wrong.  We have had tons of moisture in northern NM, too much in some spots.  For instance, the Rio Grande was fishing great but we have had enough rain to make it muddy, so dont bother fishing it till it clears. 

But the rain has done a lot of good too.  Rivers like the Chama and Los Pinos were dangerously low- now they have water in them.  The tailwaters of the Costilla and Cimmaron are mostly unaffected by rains, and they have fished great as of late.
